BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager for remote opportunity.

Position Title: Program Manager

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 9 Months

Job Type: CONTRACT

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr. on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Top 3 Required

1. Minimum 5 years' experience with Experience working in a major game publisher.

2. Minimum 3-5 years' experience with Analytical ability - can drive insight to action.

3. Minimum 3-5 years' experience with Experience in a social media role.

Summary:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with a deep passion for gaming to help be the social voice our games to our players. In this role, you will help manage and grow our social media channels and work oversee and execute on social media campaigns along with engaging with players on social media platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy planning, goal setting, and implementation.
• Experience managing high volume social media channels for well-known brands or product.
• Experience working in the gaming sector is preferred.
• Exceptional knowledge of social media, which means you stay up to date with new trends and features.
• Understanding of community engagement and audience strategy
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Competence with Office 365 and analytics tools (Sprinklr and native social media analytics experience preferred)
• Copywriting experience for social media and an ability to easily adapt to tone of voice.
• Excellent data analysis and storytelling skills.
• BONUS POINTS: You're a Minecraft player and know about our blocky game.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science required and some business/functional knowledge and/or industry experience preferred.

8-10 years' experience.
