In this role, you will identify, engage, and hire top talent to meet current and future hiring needs. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand business goals and deliver a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Source qualified candidates using a variety of channels including databases, networking, internet tools, cold outreach, media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records and applicant tracking data.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
- Promote the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Understanding of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer service or recruiting role.
- Experience supporting or recruiting for roles within the following Corporate Functions areas::
- Human Resources (HR), Finance, Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA), Business Development, Strategy & Ventures, Business Operations, Marketing
