Program Manager VBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager V for REMOTE opportunity at CA Position Title: Program Manager VLocation: REMOTEAnticipated Start Date: 8/11/2025Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 12 MonthsJob Type: FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]Pay Range: $115 - $120/hr. on W2Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description:Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize ISV and OEM partnerships, including program architecture, partner onboarding, and enablement.
- Develop and implement routes to monetization for partner programs, including revenue-sharing models and incentive structures.
- Collaborate closely with partnerships, solutions architects, and GTM teams to programmatize and guide Client RL through their journey on introducing and maturing technical partnerships.
- Track and report on partner performance, including metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, and satisfaction.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to internal stakeholders on partner program development and execution.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve program design and execution.
- Navigate ambiguity and complexity, making decisions and taking calculated risks to drive program success
- 10+ years of experience in building and operationalizing B2B partner programs, specifically with ISV and technology partners.
- Proven track record of designing routes to monetization and driving revenue growth through partner programs.
- Strong background in program architecture and management, including partner onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking.
- Ability to balance both strategic and tactical responsibilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
- Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in Excel, Gsheets, Tableau, and other data analysis tools
- 10+ years of experience in B2B partner programs.
- Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and can move in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
