Job Description
We are seeking a Course Administrator to provide learning administrative services that support client training programs. The role includes onsite class and facility support and the oversight and implementation of assigned courses and curriculum within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare onsite and offsite classrooms, including room configuration, materials placement, and equipment setup.
- Collect and return training materials to storage after classes.
- Ensure facilities meet quality and client standards before events.
- Troubleshoot audiovisual equipment issues in training rooms.
- Maintain course and curriculum information within the LMS.
- Serve as onsite point of contact for course owners and participants.
- Manage event activities including class adds, cancellations, advertising, enrollments, confirmations, waitlists, facilities scheduling, class closeout, and reporting.
- Enroll students and maintain course rosters for scheduled courses.
- Enter attendance records and generate attendance reports for stakeholders.
- Capture and maintain class evaluation data.
- Provide data entry support related to learning administration.
- Adhere to client standard operating procedures, processes, and service level agreements.
- Identify and resolve or escalate discrepancies and service issues to the Manager.
- File and maintain paper training history records onsite.
- Perform additional client-requested tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Customer service orientation with clear written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to prioritize and multitask.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a learning organization or training administration.
- Knowledge of and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality focus.
- Client-focused approach to build and maintain professional relationships.
