Pay Range: $60 - $70/hr. on W2.

Background:

• We are looking for a Program Manager to partner with cross-functional teams in development, execution and optimization of global program strategies that result in high impact advertiser experiences.
• Sitting on a central team, the role is responsible for the guidance sales teams recommend to advertisers. This work is in close partnership with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing Science, Sales Enablement, Programs, Business Engineering, and Business Planning and Operations.
• Key success factors in this role include previous experience in customer guidance strategy, strong attention to detail, proficiency in data analytics, excellence in project management, familiarity with technical scoping, and the ability to quickly understand, organize and simplify complexity under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer guidance design, development, and implementation (including change management, stakeholder management, content development and Q&A sessions).
• Identify performance gaps of ongoing projects, support troubleshooting and facilitate discussion and coordination among stakeholders to identify and understand root cause, priority, and impact of issues to the business.
• Prepare routine communication materials on project development status, insights, and trends to help inform and guide improvements to cohort strategy workflows.
• Ensure all project related documents are organized and up to date.
• Assists in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary.

Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in programming management, demonstrated experience using problem solving to provide sound business solutions and recommendations in ambiguous and complex environments
• Experience working with Customer Guidance design and development. Inclusive defining targeting and adoption logic,
• Excel in change management, communicating with XFNs and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset, comfortable manipulating data and identifying performance trends across a variety of data visualization tools and packaging narrative into decks.
• Experience operating under high pressure, while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Must-Have Skills:

• Dealing with ambiguity, working on complex projects, proactive, Problem solving, and stakeholder management is the biggest skill
• Candidate from the tech, preferably digital advertising stream
• Project management - familiarity with the tools and processes
• Not do dashboards / SQL - we want a business development person experience with project management and problem solving
• Stakeholder management

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Agile / scrum methodology
• Dashboards familiarity - no developing and all it's just knowledge
• Understand data infrastructure and how data tables work
• Represent technical requirement in an accountable way
• Manipulating data, data visualization.
