SummaryClient is seeking a project analyst to contribute to large projects and leverage analytical skills to help deliver lasting impact on Client's products.The main function of the Project Analyst is to work with the Premier Partner Operations team to support labeling and other analysis across our Client Verified support queues. Client Verified is a subscription-based service available to Creators and Businesses, offering them benefits ranging from account verification, protection, and customer support. The primary responsibility of this role will be to label large volumes of data, which may involve repetitive tasks and require attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert in labeling workflows and labeling guidelines, practicing labeling in assigned queues
- Maintain relationships with cross-functional partners, including Operations, Product, and Engineering
- Perform quality audits to provide labeling metrics and insights, support policy guideline updates, and recommend optimization opportunities across support queues
- Help unblock obstacles by sharing data and escalating bugs and tooling issues to inform operations and cross-functional teams with supporting documentation
- Understand and help incorporate changes shared by cross-functional partners to existing workflows, product features, and planned launches.
- Attention to Detail: Essential for accurately labeling and annotating large datasets, as mentioned in the first resource where attention to detail is highlighted for disambiguation work
- Critical Analysis: Ability to understand complex policies/ideas, identify nuance and patterns, and conduct root cause analyses.
- Judgment Making: Ability to make sound judgment calls, especially when categorizing data
- Proficiency with Technology: Speed and efficiency in using technology tools and resources are crucial
- Ability to Follow Standards: Contractors must ensure that labels are accurate and complete, adhering to predefined standards
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is necessary for reporting findings and collaborating with team members. Contractor must also have the ability to manage multiple projects/workflows/communication channels simultaneously
- Training and Development: Willingness to participate in training sessions to maintain expertise and accuracy in labeling tasks, as well as to create training documentation when needed.
