BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated The WW Packaging, Project Manager in Vancouver, WA.

Position Title: WW Packaging, Project Manager

Location: Vancouver, WA

Anticipated Start Date: 26th-May-2025

Expected Duration: 1 year with strong possibility of extension

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY), [CONTRACT], [Onsite]

Pay Range: $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:
The WW Packaging, Project Manager is someone who can step in and immediately use their experience to lead packaging identity while overseeing artwork execution. This project manager will collaborate with teams of marketing professionals around the world, including creative agencies, global business units and regional marketing teams to ensure packaging design meets strategy and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager, WW Packaging, you will be responsible for:
? Understand the packaging workflow and process to ensure final released artwork complies and is in aligned.
? Lead artwork partner agency teams to ensure continued packaging execution for NPI and change requests, while in adherence to guidelines, packaging process and requirements including regulatory, corporate brand, marketing, legal, counterfeit, translations, etc.
? Lead packaging artwork strategy and evolution by driving design, messaging hierarchy, and associated customer insights testing
? Manage WW artwork development and packaging production, from content creation and compilation, through review alignment, to final artwork hand-off to pre-press.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including WW Mktg, and Product BU to steer key packaging design decisions to optimize communication as a key customer touch point and move packaging and brand strategy forward.
? Consult and provide strategic guidance for regional implementation of packaging design and change requests.
? Be the packaging design expert, bringing industry insights, competitive landscape, and trends in support of the brand and to bolster the team's expertise.
? Assemble packaging content from multiple business units and international teams to create and regionalize package messaging and designs.
? Assist in managing, development and maintenance packaging brand standards.
? Manage detailed budgets for packaging artwork development.
? Maintain detailed records of projects in Workfront including status, daily project updates, documentation and delays.

Qualifications:
The candidate must have a proven track record as a producer or project management, ideally with packaging experience. The WW Packaging, Project Manager will work with global marketing professionals including creative agencies, packaging engineering, and marketing management to hone packaging strategy and production.
? Undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent; with 5+ years of related experience
? Extreme attention to detail and strong design eye
? Experience with the complexities of executing worldwide production
? Collaborative attitude and eagerness to work with extensive, cross-functional teams
? Proven track record of agency/client management and packaging project management
? Experience with Workfront a plus
? Expertise in working in virtual environments
? Ability to manage and own multiple projects simultaneously
? High level of tact and diplomacy
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
