Position Title: Data Labeling Analyst II (DLA II)

Location: US Remote (Anywhere)

Anticipated Start Date: 7/14/2025

Expected Duration: 06 Months

Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range: $22.73/hr-$25.48/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking Data Labeling Analyst IIs (DLA IIs) to support our AI/ML data operations. Recognizing that not all skillsets can be perfectly replicated with backfill contingent workers, we prioritize candidates in the following order:

• Able to fulfill proprietary knowledge or specific expertise needs
• STEM background
• Multilingual abilities
• Other relevant skills (e.g., coding, art)

Role Responsibilities

DLA IIs are the cornerstone of our CW program, acting as both annotators and auditors. Responsibilities include:

• Labeling/auditing a set amount of data daily as directed by Project Coordinators/Managers
• Reviewing and validating labeled datasets for accuracy and consistency
• Performing QA using in-house annotation tools
• Flexing between projects and adapting to new or multiple guidelines as needed
• Comprehending complex guidelines to accurately label data and refine AI models
• Collaborating to improve labeling processes for efficiency and quality
• Supporting onboarding of new DLAs through shadowing sessions
• Implementing product feedback and sharing best practices with peers
• Assisting with additional tasks to promote program excellence

Educational & Skill Requirements

• BA/BS required
• Knowledge of a foreign language preferred
• STEM or MLG background preferred
• Must pass our English annotation test
