BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst for an opportunity in Austin, TX 78701
Job Description: Data Analyst Contractor for Customer Success Group
Location: Austin, TX 78701)
Onsite Requirement: 3 days per week onsite at the Austin
Duration: Approximate contract duration with a possibility of extension (permanent role not confirmed).
Time Zones: US time zones.
Interview Process: 2 rounds; no additional assessments specified.
Start Date: ASAP
Overview of the Role:
The contractor will collaborate with the Manager of the Customer Success Group to provide essential data analytics, reporting, and actionable insights to support business objectives.
As the contractor becomes familiar with internal processes, methodologies, and systems, responsibilities will expand to include tackling more complex projects and initiatives.
A Typical Day:
- Begin with reviewing and prioritizing incoming data requests from stakeholders.
- Extract, clean, and analyze datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to generate reports and insights.
- Create executive-level presentations with narrative storytelling to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address ad hoc business needs or data-driven inquiries.
- Attend team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, shifting priorities, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to support compensation, quota target setting, or forecasting.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience as a data analyst or similar role.
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (experience with Tableau preferred).
- Ability to create detailed analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- A proactive team player with a growth-oriented mindset.
Preferred Bonus Skills:
- Experience with AI/ML technologies.
- Customer Success or Renewals experience.
