BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer - for an Onsite opportunity in Plano, TX!

Position Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Lisle IL! Onsite

Anticipated Start Date: 5/12/2025

Expected Duration: 12 Months with Potential Extension or can be converted to a fulltime employment.

Job Type: Contract (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY), [CONTRACT], [HYBRID]

Pay Range: $53/HR. to $53.84/HR.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Information

• Focus on performance discussions and drive improvements in application speed and efficiency.
• Implement best practices for optimizing front-end and back-end performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to improve our products.
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.

Must-Have skills for the role:

• ReactJS
• NextJS
• NodeJS

  Bonus Points if you have:

• Agile
• SpringBoot
• DevOps

  Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS. Ensure the applications are scalable, secure, and performant.
• Understand and streamline DevOps activities, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
