Job Type: Contract - Remote.

Pay Range $70.00

Job Description:

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient ICS Program Manager to lead and support the implementation of global initiatives across multiple industrial sites. This role will serve as a critical interface between clients, engineering teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of ICS and OT cybersecurity programs.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with clients on both technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
• Drive program and project schedules, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Create and/or review multiple functional specifications to guide implementation decisions.
• Provide Product Managers and Product Unit Managers with technical and analytical insights to support strategic planning.
• Organize and lead cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Act as a vendor liaison to track and support site-level implementation of global ICS initiatives.
• Support the deployment of ICS Inventory Management and ICS hardware password automation solutions.
• Ensure alignment with global OT cybersecurity standards and practices.

Education/Experience:

• Proven experience in program or project management within industrial or critical environments.
• Strong understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI technologies.
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443), and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ability to interpret and develop functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

  Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global teams and vendors in a matrixed environment.
• Background in engineering, cybersecurity, or industrial automation.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, GICSP, or equivalent are a plus.

1. Industrial Controls Experience: Minimum 5-7 years, as both teams require familiarity with industrial controls and operational procedures.

2. Project Management (PMP Certification Preferred): Demonstrated experience in project scheduling, leadership-level reporting, and technical documentation.

3. Global Team Coordination: Experience operating on distributed, international teams, managing communication and collaboration across time zones and work styles.
