Job Description

We are seeking an Application Programmer III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, Informatica ETL, and Linux/Unix, and a proven ability to deliver scalable data solutions, optimize performance, and support AML and sanctions screening initiatives on NetReveal.

Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in a Scrum team and collaborate with the product owner daily.
• Estimate, refine, and groom user stories and complete deliverables on time.
• Design, develop, and deploy Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code for large-scale data processing.
• Build and maintain Informatica PowerCenter/IDMC ETL workflows on Linux/Unix.
• Model relational and dimensional data, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Implement and support Enterprise Sanctions and AML screening on the NetReveal platform.
• Tune queries and applications for performance in high-volume environments.
• Integrate data warehouse solutions with BI platforms and develop dashboards.
• Engage with clients and business partners as needed to clarify requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL with deep knowledge of Oracle database architecture and internals.
• Strong proficiency with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IDMC and Linux/Unix scripting.
• Extensive experience in relational and dimensional data modeling, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Advanced performance tuning for queries and applications in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage and process large datasets efficiently.
• Agile delivery experience with Scrum and tools such as JIRA.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and self-direction.
• 15+ years of application development experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AML, Financial Crimes, sanctions screening, PEP, and negative news processes; NetReveal platform.
• BI and analytics: Tableau development, Power BI, data warehouse to BI integrations.
• Big data and lakehouse familiarity: Hadoop, Delta Lake, Lakehouse architectures.
• Containers and cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Exposure to APIs, Spring, Java, Kafka, MQ, and YAML in distributed systems.
