BCforward is currently seeking a Financial Analysis & Controls 3 in Redmond, WA 98052 - Remote
Position Title: Financial Analysis & Controls 3
Location: Redmond, WA 98052- Remote (Preferred EST or PST hours)
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range: $65/hr. - $67/hr.
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years experience with Excel.
- Minimum 5+ years experience with Microsoft office products - Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, Word.
- Minimum 5+ years experience with internal control at risk assessment or internal control application (SOX experience).
Summary:
The main functions of a Financial Analysis & Controls are to gather and analyze financial information; will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. A typical Financial Analysis & Controls is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports.
- Analyze financial information to produce forecast of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.
- Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability and future trends in investment risks.
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Basic ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data.
- Basic knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
- 5-7 years financial and/or accounting experience required.
