Job Description:We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our IT Logistics team. This role focuses on applying industrial engineering and Lean principles to optimize warehouse operations and our global supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of warehouse processes, end-to-end supply chain management, data analysis, and supply chain software. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to drive process improvements and lead projects from start to finish, ensuring operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with operations to identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions; manage daily process escalations.
- Support Process Engineers in creating and deploying new methods to boost efficiency, lower costs, improve data visibility, and enhance inventory accuracy.
- Propose and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with change management guidelines.
- Act as the primary liaison between operations and third-party vendors, coordinating routine tasks and resolving escalations.
- Collaborate with data intelligence teams to develop dashboards that provide real-time performance insights and facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Analyze data from dashboards and invoices, offering actionable recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage projects through planning, execution, and delivery stages, proactively identifying risks and driving resolutions; support projects with data analysis, process mapping, and improvement proposals.
- Organize and facilitate regular meetings and training sessions to maintain transparency and keep all stakeholders updated on process changes.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in supply chain roles within manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics.
- Expertise in Lean methodologies and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Skilled in creating process flow maps, SOPs, and conducting cycle time studies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong capabilities in process mapping.
- Experience with Tableau or SQL for data extraction and visualization.
- Background in reverse supply chain or IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).
- Experience in IT logistics.
- Deep knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting, particularly in manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Basic statistical knowledge to analyze trends and support data-driven conclusions.
- Collaborate with operations to identify constraints and solve process challenges.
- Support process efficiency and accuracy improvements.
- Update and maintain SOPs.
- Coordinate between operations and vendors to manage workflows and escalations.
- Work with data teams to create performance dashboards.
- Provide data analysis and recommendations.
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion, managing risks and enhancements.
- Lead meetings and training to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
