Program Manager Tech II
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Tech II for an opportunity in Redmond, WA!
Position Title: Program Manager Tech II
Location: Redmond, WA
Anticipated Start Date: 04/29/2024.Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Job Type: Contract / Onsite.
Pay Range: $65.00 - $70.00Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Responsibility- Collaborate with team members to identify priorities, allocate resources, and develop action plans to achieve project/program's objectives.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of projects/programs, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, meeting notes, and maintaining documentation.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Prepare reports and presentations to summarize project status, key metrics, and performance indicators for management review.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
Basic Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering or a related field is necessary.
- At least 3 years of experience in Software program management with IT projects is crucial.
- Working knowledge of SW issue management tools, bug tracking tools.
Preferred
- Familiar with PC or Laptop product development product lifecycle.
- Familiar with USB standards, protocols, and specifications.
- Working knowledge of Agile practices is preferred.
- Familiar with MS ADO bug tracking tool.
