Position Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Glendale, WI (Onsite)

Anticipated Start Date: 07/28/2025

Expected Duration: 4 Months

Job Type: FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - ONSITE

Pay Range: $30/hr to $34/hr

Key Responsibilities:

We're supporting a client with a contract recruiting need to cover a medical maternity leave. The role will focus on recruiting for high-volume manufacturing and entry-level administrative roles, including assemblers, CNC operators, and CSRs. While this is a temporary opening, the team takes hiring seriously - this is not a "churn and burn" environment.

Key Details:

• 30-minute phone interviews (expect to conduct 20+ per week)
• Full-cycle recruiting: source → screen → offer
• Fast-paced environment - strong sense of urgency required
• Team values dedication, communication skills, and rapport building

What You'll Do:

• Manage high-volume requisitions across manufacturing roles
• Conduct structured 30-min phone interviews to evaluate skills, motivation, and fit
• Build solid candidate pipelines while keeping hiring quality high
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to ensure smooth hiring workflows
• Keep candidate data clean and current in the system

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience
• Experience with manufacturing or production hiring strongly preferred
• Confident communicator who can read between the lines and build trust quickly
• Reliable, organized, and thrives under pressure
• Strong follow-through - keeps candidates and stakeholders in the loop
