Program Manager I

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager I for Remote.

Position Title: Program Manager I
Location:
Remote

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 Months.

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: TBD

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Biocompatibility PM is expected to have a good understanding of consumer electronics, analytical testing, demonstrated experience in program management and has worked in a collaborative cross functional, fast paced environment. Responsibilities include engaging with cross functional partners and suppliers to drive material selection and biocompatibility testing during product development process, clear communication to peers and SME's and help build processes and specifications.

* Good understanding of analytical testing methods (HPLC, ICPMS, LC/MS, GS/MS) and basic knowledge of Biocompatibility review

* Partner with cross functional team members and suppliers to drive selection of biocompatible materials, sample coordination and coordinate testing throughout product development process

* Clear and effective communication of Biocompatibility goals and findings with cross functional team and leadership.

* Manage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessment and setup a process to track and communicate efficiently

* Ability to prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fast paced environment

* Engage with biocompatibility experts and cross functional teams towards building work flows, processes and SOP's

Minimum Qualifications

* BS or MS in Chemistry, Toxicology, Biomedical science, Engineering or related field

* 2+ years of project management in a corporate setting

* Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and ability to prioritize issues/projects effectively

* Basic understanding of analytical testing methodologies

* Ability to work in fast paced, collaborative, cross functional environment

* Be a team player. Have strong analytical skills and ability to think outside of the box

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in consumer electronics industry

  • PM experience,
  • Background in biology/toxicology/chemistry
  • Work in fast paced industry
