Job Description

We are seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle ERP (R12), data modeling, and Oracle RICE components and a proven ability to design and deliver scalable, reliable financial systems that automate complex processes.

Work Arrangement:

• In office. Local candidates required.
• Visa restrictions: GC/USC.
• Travel and expenses are not paid by client.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions for Oracle Financial Applications R12 and related peripheral systems.
• Automate financial processes to support high-volume, complex transactions at scale.
• Build, enhance, and support RICE components using Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and SQL/PLSQL.
• Develop and maintain complex web services around Oracle Financials in a service-oriented architecture.
• Own technical architecture, code quality, and end-to-end delivery for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define features and designs.
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and availability through sound data modeling and engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence engineering best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Sound understanding of Oracle ERP architecture and Oracle e-Business Suite.
• Hands-on experience building RICE components with Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, and SQL/PLSQL.
• Strong data modeling, data analysis, and performance-oriented design skills.
• Experience leading delivery of complex, distributed software systems in a service-oriented architecture.
• Knowledge of full SDLC best practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build, testing, and operations.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to drive requirements and align stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing team practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years working with Oracle Financials, including General Ledger and Accounts Receivable.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with high-volume financial transaction processing platforms.
