Job Description

We are seeking an Assembler I to join our team on the 3rd shift. The role will require experience in manufacturing assembly, basic machine operation, and quality control with a demonstrated ability to meet production targets safely and accurately. This position works 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Responsibilities:

• Operate assembly machines and perform kit packing per specifications
• Follow standard work instructions and maintain production efficiency
• Ensure in-process and final quality checks during assembly
• Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean work area
• Report equipment, material, or process issues to supervisors

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0 to 5 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to work 3rd shift, including consistent attendance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with basic industry tools, equipment, or software

Preferred Skills:

• Prior manufacturing or swing/shift work experience
