Position Title: Lead Project Manager (Event Technology- Cvent)

Location: Saint Paul, MN- hybrid

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Salary Range: $85/ph - $95/ph

Job Description:

Lead the technical build of registration sites, Attendee Hub, and mobile apps for a multi-event FY26 cycle. You will own hands-on Cvent work from setup through launch and support.

Responsibilities

Build and configure event websites in Cvent Flex

Stand up Attendee Hub and mobile app for multi-day, attendee-specific experiences

Import complex agendas from Excel and verify session data

Configure and schedule attendee-specific email campaigns

Set and manage push notifications

Manage the registration inbox, troubleshoot issues, and resolve attendee requests

Create and manage multi-hotel room blocks in Cvent

QA all builds, maintain documentation, and support go live

Required Skills

Proven proficiency with Cvent Flex

Hands-on experience with Attendee Hub and Cvent mobile app builds

Strong Excel skills for complex agenda imports

Experience building attendee-specific email communications and schedules in Cvent

Demonstrated push notification setup and targeting

Room block management across multiple hotels within Cvent

Detail oriented, responsive, and comfortable owning the technical build

Nice to Have

Prior experience building both registration websites and mobile apps in Cvent

Familiarity with reporting and basic data hygiene in Cvent
