Business Support Manager
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated IT Business Analyst V for an opportunity in Plano, TX 75024!
Position Title: IT Business Analyst V (Business Support Manager)
Location: Plano, TX 75024 & Charlotte, NC
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12Months
Job Type: CONTRACT, Hybrid
Pay Range: $40 to $46/hr

Description:
Manages diverse administrative functions for a business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products.The Business Support Manager role is part of the Business Support Management team for the Global Technology Business Management and Controls organization. This unique opportunity offers the individual the ability to engage with individuals across BMC, support the operational health of multiple BMC organizations, and contribute to the larger success of GT.
Success measures for this role includes and may not be limited to:
• Successful execution of onboarding and offboarding procedures for BMC resources
• Accurate organizational chart documentation and maintenance
• Effective management of team SharePoint sites
• Complete meeting notes of various routines and stakeholder meetings
• Timely crafting and delivery of agenda outlines and relevant meeting materials
• Collaboration and completion of standardized business operations review documents
• Timely, accurate execution of standard operating procedures
• Effective identification and correction of formatting, grammatical or timestamp errors on presentations and documents
• Ability to remain nimble and positive when priorities change and Adhoc needs arise such as technology or building issues
• Demonstrates responsiveness and prompt follow up on tasks or questions
Required (hard) skills/experience
• Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills
• Moderate SharePoint skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced notetaking and meeting management skills
• Moderate to advanced problem-solving skills
• Beginner to moderate end-to-end process or procedure management
• Strong focus on consistency
• Effective prioritization of workbench deliverables
• Timely follow-up on requests and questions
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Desired skills/experience
Experience working in a highly regulated industry or financial institution
Has previously interacted with senior level managers
