In this role, you'll:
* Write easy-to-read instructions for end users for the complete set of Access products and services.
* Edit content from others into a consistent voice, tone and style.
* Follow the firm's content guidelines and contribute improvements to them.
* Collaborate with developers, information architects, designers, project managers, platform owners and other key stakeholders.
* Provide insights for improving the usability of content.

You should have a good understanding of:
* Instructional content editing/writing.
* User experience writing.
* Application of brand book and style book guidelines.
* AP Stylebook.
* End-user instructions.
* B2B financial services content.

Your experience should include:
* Seven or more years of experience as an instructional content creator.
* A portfolio of instructional content examples that demonstrate clarity of style and voice.
* Ability to quickly learn banking concepts and understand how products work.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience developing content using the WalkMe platform is a plus.
