Platform Operations Analyst

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Platform Operations Analyst for an opportunity in Spring, TX (100% Remote)

Position Title: Platform Operations Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 03/17/2025

Expected Duration: 12 months contract with strong possibility of extension

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [REMOTE]

Pay Range: $25/hr. - $30/hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Services Platform Operations Analyst to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Digital Services Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software platform administration, system configuration and integration, system maintenance, coding, reporting, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stand up Digital Services Platform sites for new countries, including instance creation/configuration, and applying JavaScript Selenium automation.
  • Develop and maintain custom Python code for reporting.
  • Manage user access.
  • Confirm language availability and submit translation requests.
  • Properly manage and store sensitive information (keys, certificates, credentials, etc.)
  • Systematically integrate product catalogs and content for resellers and customers.
  • Manage site and feature deployments, validate new features, and communicate with support teams.
  • Integrate new products into the software platform to enable automated purchasing.
  • Configure and manage automated notification engine.
  • Manage API integration with various systems.
  • Maintain and release management for the platform.
  • Handle cybersecurity inquiries and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain custom JavaScript code for site standup automation.
  • Provide technical support for subscription billing, resolve platform-related issues, and assist with partner/customer technical inquiries.
  • Coordinate across various business and technical teams to assess the feasibility of and implement key business requirements.
  • Address and answer questions about and provide support for subscription billing.
  • Follow existence and implement new change control processes.
  • Document operational and support processes.
  • Diagram system and data flows.
  • Submit and manage technical tickets to third-party systems.
  • Routinely communicate and problem-solve with external partners and third parties.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure.
  • 2+ years of experience with RESTful API integration.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrating an enterprise software system/platform.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and implementing operational, change management, and technical support processes.
  • Experience with Git & GitHub.
  • Experience designing new and modifying existing architecture to comply with cybersecurity requirements.
  • Experience working across technical and business teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with:
  • ServiceNow
  • Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program
  • Interworks.cloud platform
  • HP software solutions (Wolf Pro Security, WXP, Proactive Insights, etc.)
  • Channel- Distributor- Reseller- End Customer flow
