Position Title: .NET/C# Developer (Azure)

Location: DFW, TX/ Phoenix, AZ

Anticipated Start Date: 03/17/2025

Expected Duration: 6+ months contract with strong possibility of extension

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [HYBRID]

Pay Range: $36/hr. - $37.50/hr. only on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET/C# Developer with Azure experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing and deploying web applications and services using .NET technologies, particularly C#, and will have hands-on experience working with Azure cloud services. As a developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable applications using .NET Core, C#, and Azure cloud services.
• Work closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that application requirements are met.
• Implement cloud-based solutions using Azure services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and more.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core.
• Develop unit tests and automated integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of applications by applying best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications in development and production environments.
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in .NET and Azure.

  Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience with .NET Core, C#, and Visual Studio.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and other cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Experience with building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture and Docker.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.
