Job Description

We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Cisco routing, switching, LAN design, and wireless and a proven ability to design, configure, test, deploy, and troubleshoot complex enterprise networks.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, test, deploy, and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless controllers, and access points.
• Lead network projects from design through implementation, configuration, testing, and turnup.
• Create advanced configuration scripts and templates for network deployments.
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams and interface with customer management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years creating configuration scripts for network devices.
• 5+ years LAN Network Engineering with design and architecture experience.
• Expert Cisco router and switch configuration and troubleshooting.
• Expertise with VSS, HSRP, MACsec, and layer 2 tunneling.
• Expertise with L2/L3 protocols: Spanning Tree, IPv4, 802.1Q, EIGRP.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco software licensing and IOS upgrades.
• Expert IP addressing and subnetting.
• Experience deploying and managing wireless LAN controllers and access points.
• Proficiency with Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Certification: CCIE.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in customer-facing roles and partner collaboration.
• Experience in enterprise change, release, and upgrade planning.
