Usability Researcher 2
Position Title: Usability Researcher 2
Location: Remote, PST
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: Contract of 03 Months and possibility of ExtensionJob Type: Contract and Remote
Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr. on w2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Top Skills:Summary:
- 2+ years of experience conducting UX research in technical domains.
- Ability to quickly and effectively analyze research data and present rich findings simply and clearly to influence product design and direction.
- Passion for learning new technologies and understanding the needs of users across a wide range of technical abilities.
- Great communication on project management.
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to impact and influence business decisions across boundaries, often in ambiguous situations.
- Proven storytelling and communication skills across leadership, engineering teams, designers, customers, and partners.
- Strong leadership skills to deliver projects and customer insights within and across product teams that resulted in a robust product impact.
- Ability to plan research against business needs.
- Experience conducting research globally and working with global stakeholders.
- Knowledge of client's customer privacy policies and tools.
- Experience working with AI tools, presentation tools and strong design experience and output (e.g. knowledge of Figma, PowerPoint deck building etc.) strongly desired
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
