BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extensionJob Type: 40 hours work week Pay Rate: $95.00/hr - $100.00/hr on W2 Job DescriptionThe Process Design & Governance team sits within Production Governance & Analytics (PGA) and is responsible for supporting multiple processes in Application Production Support & Engineering (APSE), including issue management, law, rule and regulation (LRRs) assessments of APSE regulatory change, thematic analysis, and identifying and executing process improvements to drive process consistency in APSE. This role requires strong analytical skills, operational excellence and project management expertise and experience, and will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end management and delivery identified process improvement opportunities and mitigation of key operational risks.
Responsibilities:
Performing assessments of current processes and capabilities to support informing development of strategic recommendations
Integrating recommendations into comprehensive roadmap and implementation plan(s)
Performing data analytics and thematic analysis to derive actionable insights to enable risk management and strategic decision making
Partnering across PGA and APSE stakeholders to gather buy-in to strategic recommendations and drive implementation
Facilitating engagement with 2nd line risk and 3rd line audit partners to proactively manage and mitigate risks
Defining and operationalizing key risk and performance indicators (KRI/KPIs) to proactively identify issues and monitor progress against strategic priorities
Supporting training development and delivery activities associated with improvements
Preparing strategic updates to key Senior Executive Leadership, Risk Committees, and external Regulators

Required Qualifications
Min 2yrs experience. Skilled at Design Thinking, Analytical Thinking & Network / Relationship Building
Process design/process improvement experience generating real productivity gains
Project management skills including ability to build work breakdown structures and facilitate teams to achieve desired results
Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and ability to distill insights and themes from large amounts of data
Experience with developing and executing data quality controls (reconciliations, anomalies)
Experience partnering with multiple teams to collect and document requirements
Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal) and navigate various levels in the organization with the detail appropriate to the forum and audience
Strong influencing and relationship building skills
Highly organized with critical thinking abilities at both the strategic and tactical levels
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with PowerQuery, SQL, and Tableau preferred
Strong sense of urgency
Desired Qualifications
Six sigma certification
