Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team onsite. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in transaction processing, reconciliation, mail operations, and client support and a proven ability to deliver accurate fulfillment, mitigate operational risk, and resolve routine inquiries with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Perform standard transaction processing and reconciliation per written procedures.
- Process incoming mail and deposits, including sorting and distribution.
- Respond to client and partner inquiries across channels to support service quality.
- Conduct basic research, follow up, and resolve routine requests.
- Identify issues in daily operations and escalate risk concerns when required.
- Maintain a professional presence and write clear, professional emails.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Attention to detail with strong accuracy in processing and reconciliation.
- Effective written communication, including professional email etiquette.
- Accountability to complete requests end to end.
- Analytical thinking with ability to make timely decisions.
- Independence with minimal supervision and sound judgment to escalate.
- Research capability to navigate systems and retrieve information.
- Risk management awareness to detect potential issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook and Word.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in banking or financial operations.
- Familiarity with deposit processing and asset movement workflows.
Work Conditions:
- ASAP start. Onsite five days per week without exceptions.
- Potential contract-to-hire. Candidates must not require sponsorship now or in the future.
