Position Title: Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Remote)

Anticipated Start Date: 07/07/2025

Expected Duration: 12+ months

Job Type: FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - REMOTE

Pay Range: $65/hr to $75/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• We're bringing on full-stack engineers to join high-impact Agile teams delivering modern apps that matter.
• If you love writing clean code, collaborating cross-functionally, and deploying software that makes a difference.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering, or 7+ years with an Associate's degree
• Strong skills in Angular (JavaScript) and C#/.NET Core
• Experience building and deploying apps on Google Cloud or Cloud App Factory (CAF)
• Proficiency with unit and automation testing frameworks such as Mocha, Jest, and Cypress
• Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, modern app frameworks, and front-to-back architecture
• Working knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases (preferred)
• Familiarity with SDLC best practices: source control (Git), CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and production support
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments - you're comfortable with fast-moving standups and clear sprint goals
• Strong problem-solving instincts, time management, and the ability to deliver independently
• Solid communication skills - you know how to collaborate and explain technical things without the jargon

• Design, build, and test full-stack features for real-world applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates across engineering, QA, and product
• Contribute to automated testing and continuous integration
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Write clean, scalable code that's easy to maintain and deploy
• Take ownership of your work - from feature ideation to post-deployment support
