Product Marketing Manager IVBC forward is currently seeking an initiative to take Product Marketing Manager IV for Remote Location. Position Title: Product Marketing Manager IVLocation: Remote Anticipated Start Date: 10/14/2024Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BC forward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 06+ Months Contract (Possibility of getting extension)Job Type: ContractPay Range: $90 to Max $95/HR W2Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Summary:Client is seeking a product marketing professional with a strong background in marketing and project management to lead go-to-market strategy for our advertising solutions for our largest Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) partners in North America. The candidate must have experience working with product development & sales channels to drive successful product growth in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company. They must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent critical thinking and digital marketing skills. They must also have experience influencing stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience within digital marketing
- Demonstrated product marketing experience within web and mobile advertising and experience contributing at strategic and tactical levels
- Analytical skills and experience solving problems with data
- Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
- Customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacity
- Communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in the CPG industry
- 6+ year's experience in brand marketing, advertising strategy or media buying (including video ads and influencer/creator marketing)
- Project/Program Management experience to drive partnership via shared goals aligned workstream ownership
- Executive Presence (internally & externally), especially experience driving strategic & tactical product decisions with a C-Level audience
- Demonstrated experience influencing decision makers at all levels of an organization
- Experience reducing complex information into distilling themes that are easily communicated/understood
- Understanding and familiarity with Client's advertising products
- Training/education experience
- Familiarity with ecommerce strategies for CPGs and the changing data ecosystem
- Communication both written and verbal
