Posting- Business Analyst| Level IDuration: 6 MonthsLocation - WFH/remote Description:Role Description: A Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business processes and identifying options for improvement. It supports the development of use cases, supporting the translator and squad on the needs linked to the business. Through their analytical baggage, they can build a framework for solving a problem and translate large amounts of numbers and data into strategic decision-making. After the handover, they use the models to support decision making. Responsibilities: Engages with business leaders and users to understand how changes to data-driven processes, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiency and add value. Analyze processes and identify optimization opportunities. Establishes and tracks KPIs. Visualizes data patterns and works with data scientists to determine analytic solutions. Focuses on conceptual communication rather than deep technical analysis. Previous Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. Leadership: Is an active listener, prioritizing understanding before contributing. Identifies obstacles and communicates them promptly to prevent time wastage. Remains open to coaching from others. Consistently maintains a positive attitude in teamwork. Agile: Knows the iterative work methodology and has notions of the Agile framework. Adapts to a non-cascading work process. Understands the software development process and interacts with the entire team having clarity in their functions. Seeks to increase its speed and quality of sprint delivery after sprint, analyzing and addressing areas of opportunity. Design: Takes responsibility for having a thorough understanding of the proposed design for the solution in which they participate. Requests support to ensure they are complying with the design or making good design decisions in context. Optimization: Asks for and understands performance expectations regarding the tasks they are assigned. Is aware of the performance level of the solutions deployed. Technical Tutoring: Identifies personal gaps and communicates them to leaders for support. Is diligent in the search for knowledge and actively works to close identified gaps. Must Have:
