Fully Remote:
Responsibilities:
- General project management & coordination
- Drive and support projects and initiatives for the Research Policy Team
- Move initiatives forward, raise concerns to appropriate owners early and resolve open issues that prevent progress. Hold the line when the schedule or progress is in jeopardy while maintaining respectful relationships
- Predict roadblocks and obstacles and prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions
- Contribute to processes and tools, updating documentation and initiating improvements where needed
- Provide flexible approaches that meet the team's needs, including the ability to move fast and make progress or navigate blocks quickly
- Resource creation and maintenance on our internal knowledge database
- Manage content development and editing for our internal team digests
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant or related Program or Project Management experience
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
- Ability to be successful in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and keen ability to identify problems and proactively work towards solutions
- Interpersonal and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- General knowledge of HTML and basic website page design elements
- General knowledge of research and/or UX design
- Experience working in Tech
Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Communications & Documentation projects:
- UX Research Wiki maintenance/new page builds
- Curating the Research Monthly Manager Digest
- Curating the Research Quarterly Compliance Digest
- Must-Have HARD Skills:
- Project Management - have held titles as a project manager or program manager, responsible for project delivery end to end
- Communications (documentation, planning, management)
- Stakeholder management
Nice-to-have Skills:
- HTML familiarity
- Experience with newsletters
- Experience as a communications manager (pulling together newsletters, editing)
