Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in material handling, order picking, and safe forklift operation and a proven ability to meet productivity targets while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pull, and pack tractor parts weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and tailer dunnage as assigned.
• Sort, store, and prepare parts for shipment per written processes.
• Move and position loads using crane and order picker.
• Instruct and assist team members to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and written processes.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with close tolerances in warehousing or manufacturing.
• Prior experience instructing or mentoring team members.

Schedule & Pay:

• Shift 1. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime as needed, including Saturday.
• Pay rate: $21.00 per hour.

Physical Requirements & Safety:

• Lifting up to 50 lbs routinely and up to 70 lbs for certain parts.
• Standing for long periods, frequent bending, stooping, walking, and kneeling.
• Required PPE: metatarsal boots, gloves, ear plugs, safety glasses, and bump cap. Employer provides all PPE except metatarsal boots. Reimbursement up to $140.00 for boots. PPE must be worn for the entire shift.

Training & Certification:

• Completion of a forklift operations and fundamentals class after 90 days. Certification provided upon successful completion.
