Position Title: Sr IT Analyst/Programmer

Location: Eagan, MN

Anticipated Start Date: 03/010/2025

Expected Duration: 9+ months

Job Type: Full Time (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - Remote

Pay Range: $50/hr to $56/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Key responsibilities:

• On-Call Support: Monitor and resolve daytime on-call work requests, including routine support, break/fix issues, and report failures.
• Report Maintenance: Restart failed reports and modify existing reports based on submitted and approved change requests.
• Analytical Solutions Development: Create new analytical solutions, dashboards, data sources, and reports.
• Big Query Environment Development: Support the Big Query Environment Development and Workbooks Conversion project by developing and optimizing Big Query tables.
• Tableau Development:
• Develop and support Tableau workbooks and publish datasets on Tableau Server.
• Manage content across a multi-tier Tableau Server environment (DEV/STAGE/PROD).
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective problem resolution.
• Agile Practices: Utilize Azure DevOps for tracking work in an Agile Scrum environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Expert-level experience with finding data in SCC Soft Laboratory information system (LIS) and interpreting fields into logic for building Big Query tables.
• Expert-level experience developing and supporting Tableau workbooks and published datasets on Tableau Server.
• Strong familiarity with managing content developed and published to Tableau Server in a multi-tier environment (DEV/STAGE/PROD).
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL coding, including writing, reading, and troubleshooting SQL code for:
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Oracle
• Google Big Query
• Experience with Azure DevOps for tracking work using Agile Scrum techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or familiarity with building and supporting data integration packages using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Experience or familiarity with building data pipelines using Google Data Fusion.
