- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Ability to elicit, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes.
- Process Modeling & Workflow Design: Skilled in creating process maps, use cases, and functional specifications to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in analyzing data sets, identifying trends, and presenting insights using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and leadership.
- Documentation & Communication: Expertise in writing clear, concise business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking
- Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
