BC forward is currently seeking an initiative to take Project Manager II for Remote Location.

Position Title: Project Manager II

Location: Remote _Bay area

Anticipated Start Date: 2/24/2025

Expected Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $60/hr. to Max $65/HR W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Summary:

• Focus on large cross-org net-new compliance & migrations. Drive common understanding, processes, and execution across organizations.
• My immediate focus would be working with teams to determine if they are going to need 1PD Aggregate data, if they are going to go through legal/PXFN review, and then setting them up to execute on a reasonable schedule.
• Ensure that ongoing onboarding for existing commitments (for new products) runs effectively across PXFN, CCSR, and technical onboarding.
• Alignment with Privacy Aware Infrastructure. PAI is a critical partner of the program that provides technical solutions and support for the technical implementation of the Output Closure.

• Privacy Reviews
• Privacy Waves
• PCP alignment
• Goals tracking
• CCSR alignment
• Ensuring that the technical implementation meets CCSR bar
• XFN alignments
• The team works across many teams, such as Consent Revocation, AI Infrastructure etc
• Misuse of Engineering Time

Currently this work is being fielded by SWEs, and it detracts from their ability to build tools that would help us tackle the more general use cases in an efficient manner.

All these workstreams require working with tasks and reporting, e.g. creating tasks in bulk, submitting tasks, reaching out to POCs, nudging POCs, ensuring completion of the tasks and reporting on the progress.

Must-Have Skills

• Fluency with Google Docs including Google Sheets is a must. Ability to construct tracking sheets using formulas is a plus
• Familiarity with PM tools such as Trullio, Jira, Asana etc
• Excellent written communication skills. A lot of the work will be async and an ability to reach out to people and deliver clear message will be critical to success

Nice-to-have Skills

• Prior experience with Meta is a plus
• Prior experience with Big Tech is a plus
• Certifications: PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications is a plus.

Years of Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a software development environment.

  Degrees/Certifications Required:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
