BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer

for an opportunity at Eagan, MN-Location!

Position Title: Software Engineer

Location: Eagan, MN

Anticipated Start Date: 03/03/2025

Expected Duration: 12+ Months

Job Type: Full Time (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - Remote

Pay Range: $60/hr - $70/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Key responsibilities:

* Develop cloud-first front-end applications using Angular 20.

* Implement and maintain automated testing with Cypress.

* Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate front-end applications seamlessly.

* Work with design teams to create user-centric front-end applications.

* Participate in DevOps, Agile development, and CI/CD frameworks.

* Develop services related to data warehousing, big data, cloud computing, business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning.

* Program in high-level languages such as Go, Python, Java, etc.

* Work on deployment automation/configuration management using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Azure Pipelines, CloudFormation, Terraform.

Required Qualifications

* 5-8 years of professional experience with Angular.

* Strong experience with Cypress for front-end testing.

* Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

* Proficiency with Docker for containerized applications

* Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Active Professional Cloud Developer Certification (preferred but not required).
