BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extensionJob Type: 40 hours work week Pay Rate: $65.00/hr - $67.00/hr on W2 Job DescriptionLooking for a Program Manager/Business Analyst to support Global Markets Analytics, Risk, Testing and Surveillance (GMARTS) to ensure its teams comply with Enterprise change management standards/requirements. This is a multi-disciplinary role that will require the successful candidate to take on diverse responsibilities and will necessitate close partnership with senior business and technology managers in the New York time zone. The ideal candidate will have a background in working closely with project management office (PMO) and development teams. The candidate is expected to have a broad understanding of Enterprise change management standards to ensure release timelines and milestones are met. They are expected to provide direction and guidance to change practitioners to ensure success of the work within the portfolios. Regular points of contact would be the change management subject matter experts (SMEs) on one of five GMARTS development teams, with resources based in the US, EMEA, and APAC. The role will involve interaction with Change Management governance teams in Global Technology and its aligned CIOs, including it aligned CIOs, including Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology (ERFT).
¿ A flexible, hardworking and "can do" attitude; comfortable working in a fast paced environment with frequent release cycles and rapidly changing priorities.
¿ Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate within a multi-disciplined team, across multiple locations and time zones, and to interact with demanding business users.
¿ Strong ownership and follow through.
¿ Strong project management and organization skills, attention to details.
¿ Familiarity with principles of scaled agile delivery, PI planning, and agile scrum methodology
¿ Ability to remove obstacles and influence others to move projects forward.
¿ Strong financial markets product knowledge (any asset class).
¿ Excellent technical skills; SQL, MS Excel, Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
¿ Computer Engineering/Financial Degree
¿ Experience with Agile methodologies.
¿ Experience with VaR, Risk Analytics would be a definite advantage
¿ Exposure to financial / product control functions.
