BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Account Processor for an opportunity in Owensboro, KY

Position Title: Account Processor

Location: Owensboro, KY 42301

Anticipated Start Date: 10/07/2024.

Expected Duration: 6 Months

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and multitask.
• Strong teamwork capabilities.
• Familiarity with MSP or DOCV/MIR is a plus.

  Job Description:

• Process income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Mail out packages related to Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Assist in a phone queue to answer customer questions regarding Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Interact with customers and internal/external clients via phone and email.

Collaborate with peers and management in person
