Program Manager IVBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager IV for a Remote role! Position Title: Program Manager IVLocation: Remote Anticipated Start Date: 09/08/2025Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Studios Program Manager. In this role, you must be a strong communicator who can embrace ambiguity, take direction, and work collaboratively across teams-including Mentorship, Studio Sites, and Facilities Teams. A successful Studios Program Manager will be a self-motivated, flexible individual, who has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and can deliver a high level of attention to detail. You'll play a critical role in supporting the future of VR content. This individual will have a wide reach across the Oculus Studios org. You will work on our Central Shared Services Team, partnering closely with our XFNs and 1P Studios. You will primarily focus on implementation and support scaling curated 1P Programs. You will report to the Studios Program Management Lead, under Oculus Studios Shared Services.
Responsibilities
? Review, implement, and improve organizational processes to enhance studio productivity, efficiency and morale
? Build strategic relationships and manage communication and alignment across team departments & XFN partners
? Implement Studios process to support NHO & 1P Studios onboarding experience
? Partners with other Studios Program Managers to deliver large-scale studios-focused events
? Partners with all other Central teams: Production, Strategy, Shared Services, Central Tech
Requirements
? 8+ years of applicable experience (managing Programs, Operations, or Production)
? Game or App industry experience or acute knowledge of game development / studios / app development.
? Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
? Thrives in embracing ambiguity
Years of Experience 8+ years of applicable experience (managing Programs, Operations, or Production)
Must-Have Skills:
1. Game or App industry experience or acute knowledge of game development / studios / app development.
2. Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
3. Thrives in embracing ambiguity, able to take direction and strong communicators
Nice-to-Have Skills:
1. Games Studio Experience (Large or Small) or an understanding of gaming industry.
