Position Title: SAP Consultant (Supply Chain)

Location: Whitehall, OH

Anticipated Start Date: 2/17/2025.

Expected Duration: 3+ Months

Job Type: Contract, Remote

Salary Range: $65/hr - $75/hr.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Analyst contractor to support existing activities within SAP GTS and MM or SD. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving issues within the outbound SAP Supply Chain-related processes while collaborating with business and functional teams to enhance system usability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze both basic and complex issues related to business processes and systems.
• Participate in the weekly on-call production support rotation to address high-severity technology issues.
• Ensure SLA performance aligns with established ITIL and VSIT guidelines.
• Identify and support enhancement opportunities to improve processes and system configurations, balancing customer focus with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Functional Architects and cross-functional partners to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency, leveraging SAP capabilities.
• Develop, prototype, test, and implement solutions to enhance system stability, usability, and functionality.
• Understand and manage interactions between SAP and non-SAP business systems.
• Perform duties in compliance with company policies, safety rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in configuration and enhancements within MM or SD, and GTS.
• Cross-functional expertise in one or more areas: Plan to Procure, Order to Cash, Global Trade Services, or Inventory Processing.
• Proven leadership in developing, implementing, and supporting global initiatives across various time zones.
• Strong ability to convey technical ideas and functionalities to non-technical users, including prototyping, creating presentations, and advocating best practices to business executives.
• Systems implementation skills, including requirements/process analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills (oral and written).
• Experience working independently and collaboratively within teams; demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
• Retail or Consumer Product Goods industry experience is a plus.
