Program Manager Tech 5BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Tech 5 Professional Job for an opportunity at Remote / Adhoc onsite if local. GTA Operations Tech Solution Analyst Job Description:We are seeking a skilled contractor to support a high-impact Global Talent Acquisition technology / HRIS initiative involving SAP SuccessFactors and integrated ATS/CRM systems. This role will be instrumental in driving system configuration, testing, and documentation efforts across multiple platforms. Key responsibilities include supporting system cutover, hyper care and stabilization efforts of the new system, managing picklists, role-based permission structures, and communication templates to ensure seamless user experiences and compliance with organizational standards. The contractor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, document processes, and support configuration changes that align with evolving business needs.Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and familiarity with ATS and CRM systems. Strong skills in system testing, defect tracking, and resolution are essential, along with the ability to produce clear and comprehensive process documentation. Expertise in configuration management, particularly picklist updates, permission role design, and communication template setup-is required. Experience with internal and external career site design and optimization, including user experience considerations, is a must. Required Qualifications (10+ Years required)* Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM platform including system configuration and testing.* Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems and their integration workflows.* Strong skills in system testing, defect tracking, and resolution.* Demonstrated ability to produce clear and comprehensive process documentation.* Expertise in TA/HR system configuration management, including:* Field management including picklist and logic updates* Role-based permission design* Communication template setup* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications* Experience with internal and external career site design, with a focus on user experience optimization.* Experience supporting system cutover, hyper care, and stabilization phases of HRIS implementations.* Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices in HR technology environments.* Prior involvement in career site optimization projects that improved candidate engagement or application flow.* Located in or near Redmond, WA, to support occasional in-person collaboration.
