BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Brand Marketing Manager V for a REMOTE opportunity.

Position Title: Brand Marketing Manager V

Location: REMOTE

Anticipated Start Date: 5/12/2025

Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]

Pay Range: $77.73/hr-$82.48/hr

Integrated Marketing Manager (Wearables)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team focused on Wearables. This role is pivotal in driving adoration and everyday usage for groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software, and content. You will apply analytical rigor, audience insights, and creativity to deliver integrated marketing plans that drive measurable business results. Success in this position involves unifying cross-functional teams around a strategic vision and crafting compelling storytelling throughout the funnel to accelerate product adoption and engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and execute full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns using data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Insights teams to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Deliver cross-channel marketing programs, including strategy development, execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Build a deep understanding of audience personas, including their mindsets, attitudes, values, and behaviors across industries.
  • Create inspiring creative briefs to effectively engage target audiences and achieve business goals.
  • Craft value propositions and messaging frameworks informed by audience insights to capture new customers and sustain existing relationships.
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., International Marketing, Insights, Decision Science) and external agencies (e.g., Media and Advertising Agencies) to deliver integrated campaigns seamlessly.
  • Track campaign performance to provide actionable insights for optimization and identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience managing large-scale consumer campaigns with measurable brand-building results across diverse media channels.
  • Proven ability to utilize consumer research and data to develop actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with media and creative agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with demonstrated success in building partnerships across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring seamless execution and high impact.
  • A background in consumer product categories such as wearables or AR/VR technologies is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for sports or experience in sports marketing.
  • Experience in marketing consumer technology hardware.
  • Familiarity with emerging brands featuring multiple products.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:


  • Expertise in driving full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to write and evaluate creative strategies and concepts effectively.
  • Skill in informing channel execution based on creative concepts.

  • Good-to-Have Skills:

    • Sports marketing experience or passion for sports-related initiatives.
    • Consumer technology hardware marketing expertise.
