Job Description

We are seeking a Regulated Messaging Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining messaging compliance and retention platforms across regulated environments and a proven ability to deliver compliant retention, archiving, and integration for platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Symphony, Bloomberg, and Proofpoint Enterprise Archive.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy regulated messaging solutions that meet global compliance requirements.
• Implement Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance frameworks for messaging and email.
• Configure, test, and manage Proofpoint Enterprise Archive for compliant archiving and retention.
• Integrate compliance solutions with Microsoft Teams, Symphony, and Bloomberg communication platforms.
• Drive complex migrations and adhere to change control, security, and regulatory standards.
• Communicate program updates and project milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Work onsite three days per week in a hybrid model at designated locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years delivering technology solutions in regulated environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Proofpoint Enterprise Archive, including archiving, encryption, and compliance policy management.
• Strong knowledge of Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and the ability to navigate MSSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and compliance services.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Visio and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Teams Compliance Recording, Symphony Compliance, and Bloomberg chat and email compliance.
• Knowledge of SMTP forwarding and integration with archiving platforms such as Global Relay.
