BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Export Facilitation & Compliance Analyst - III for an opportunity in Chandler, AZ!

Position Title: Export Facilitation & Compliance Analyst - III

Location: 3600 Juliette Lane, Santa Clara, CA 95054 - Remote

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6+ months contract with possible extension

Job Type: FULL TIME 40 hours a week, CONTRACT, ONSITE

Pay Range: [$38.32/hr] - [$40.50/hr]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Scope

• Review, prepare, submit, and manage Export licenses and license exceptions under the Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations to authorize the transfer of regulated hardware, technical data, software, and services.
• Work with Product Management, Engineering, Sales & Marketing to ensure all export licensing and license exceptions are properly documented and are in place before projects are started.
• Collaborate with other members of the licensing organization on best practices. Manage OCR/EASE recordkeeping and reporting.

Required Skills

• Direct experience in U.S. export licensing is required.
• Experience with SNAP-R licensing
• License exception management
• Advanced Excel or Smartsheet
• General computer skills
• 7+ years' experience in export compliance, export licensing
• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Results oriented.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to make well-thought-out decisions in a timely way.
• Strong English reading, writing and analytical skills

Highly preferred skills & experience

• Experience in OCR
• Foreign national employee licensing and reviews
• SNAP-R reporting
• GTS/SAP experience
• Strong trade technical knowledge of US export control laws, regulations

Job Qualifications:

• 7+ years in Trade Compliance
• 5+ years' experience in export licensing
• Bachelor's degree in business preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
