BCforward is currently seeking a highly Senior Application Developer

Position Title: Senior Application Developer

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 03/09/2026

Expected Duration: 3+ months' strong possibility of extension

Pay: $50 - $60 per hour

Role summary:

Job Description:

• Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs
• Analyze, design, and write specifications and requirements for program development
• Evaluate existing systems and programs
• Assist the Project Manager in task assignment and collaborate closely with the team
• Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects
• Validate program requirements and resolve issues arising
• Develop test plans and participate in QA activities, including code reviews
• Contribute as a member of the development team and lead a small sub-team when required
• Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team member

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of applications, UI/UX and web development, and programming with the following technologies

  Technical Primary Skills (required):

• Frontend Technologies: C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Blazor
• UX/UI Design & Development: Responsive Design, Component-Based Development
• API & Data Management: SOAP API Integration, Data Modeling
• Automation & State Management: Workflow Automation, State Management, No-Code Automation
• Accessibility & Usability: WCAG Compliance
• Development Methodologies: Waterfall
• Visual Development: Visual Scripting, Drag-and-Drop UI Configuration.

Secondary Skills:

• Backend Development: .NET Core, Node.js, Java, Python
• Cloud Computing & DevOps: Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD Pipelines, Scalability, Security Best Practices - Azure DevOps
