Job Description

We are seeking a Process Technician to join our dynamic High Temperature Composites team supporting Ceramic Matrix Composites manufacturing in Huntington Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing operations, equipment upkeep, and safe handling of industrial materials and a proven ability to execute standardized processes, meet production plans, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Shift:

1st shift, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Candidate must be able to work a 2nd or 3rd shift depending on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manufacturing and assembly of components and sub-assemblies per training and procedures.
• Conduct weekly maintenance to keep equipment safe and reliable.
• Follow production plans to meet customer requirements.
• Safely handle compressed gas cylinders and other containers of potentially hazardous chemicals.
• Participate in cost reduction and operational improvement activities.
• Work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment standards and quality systems.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion during a shift.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with compressed gases in industrial processes.
• Detail orientation and ability to follow procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
