Sr Account Management Support Consultant
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Sr Account Management Support Consultant for a REMOTE opportunity!
Position Title: Sr Account Management Support Consultant
Location: REMOTE
Anticipated Start Date: ASAPPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration: 6+ Months with potential to long term
Job Type: CONTRACT (%3D40 HRS WEEKLY)/ [CONTRACT], [REMOTE]
Pay Range: [$54/hr]-[$57/hr]Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description:--Closely collaborate with Account Director and agile marketing teams to identify operational efficiencies for marketing activities that drive leading practices and improve processes for the team--Support marketing team finances by analyzing and reporting on resource utilization, campaign investments, and run rates against budgets for full team understanding of marketing team health
--Responsible for coordinating internal approvals of third party/vendor contracts and SOWs and processing all invoices for the marketing team
--Ownership of operational aspects of marketing activities within the team such as managing internal compliance reviews of marketing collateral, including securing internal approvals, and maintaining data integrity of campaigns and activations in Workfront
--May include running an agile Kanban team
--Draw insights from data sets to enable faster and better decision-making
Successful candidate will possess
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills; can manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative and proactive with a "can-do" mentality
- Ability to present ideas, provide rationale and make recommendations to leaders and their teams

- 3+ years relevant experience in Marketing, Project Management or Account Management
- Bachelor's, degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm
- Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
- Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred
