BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Recruiter Advanced for an opportunity in Plano, TX and Chicago IL.
Position Title: Recruiter Advanced
Location: Plano, TX and Chicago IL.
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Please note that this is the target date, which is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Contract Duration: 3 to 6 Months With possibility of extension
Pay Rate Range: $33 to $43.25/ Hr on W2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8.30/9-5
Job Description
- Looking for Senior Level Recruiters - High Caliber level candidates
- Looking Moreso for candidates who have recruited HIGH LEVEL roles - VP level types of role
- More beneficial to have come from a technical company, vs someone from a financial services recruiting background
- Need to be able to articulate what they do in their full cycle recruiting role in a day (interview)
- Full Cycle
- Working with the managers to do intake calls/convo
- Will not be scheduling the interviews - work with scheduling team
- Can run high tech offers
- Can negotiate , run offer process
- Will do the offer stage and cycle
- Restricted stock units are a part of the questions/discussion they will have with the candidate
- Ability to ask probing questions
- Will stay engaged with the candidate throughout the process
- Come from high tech companies or agencies
- Have a component of project management
- ****Technical understanding- ability to source multiple types of positions within design - UX
- >need to understand the portfolio of a designer and any aspect of that kind of interview
- >ability to evaluate the portfolio of a designer
- Agility component- technical expertise
- As of right now - contract, but there could be possibility of extension or fte in the future
- 5 hires a month typically (not expected in 1st 30 days)
- 18 reqs is typically what they will carry - right now recruiters seeing 20-21aprx
- ATS- Oracle/ Proprietary - operates very similarly to greenhouse, workday
- Will also use LinkedIn Recruiter
- If have worked in any similar type of ATS system they will be fine
