BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Test engineer IV/ Systems Integration Engineer (SIE) - Onsite Fremont & Menlo Park the United States.

Position Title: Systems Integration Test Engineer

Location: Fremont & Menlo Park, CA

Anticipated Start Date: 3/ 31/ 2025

Expected Duration: 6 Months

Job Type: [>%3D40 weeks] [Contract] [ONSITE].

Pay Range: $80 - $95/hr. on W2.

Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• BS engineering or commensurate technical experience
• 5+ years of experience in system administration or engineering, hardware validation testing and/or acceptance testing of AI/ML, compute, storage or networking equipment
• Strong communications skills and demonstrated ability to influence cross functional teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented attitude
• Experience developing test plan derived from specifications and executing to those plans using industry standard testing tools for successful completion
• Strong technical aptitude demonstrated by familiarity with ASIC, compute, storage & network architecture and components, hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis capabilities, and/or hardware manufacturing
• Experience working in a cross-cultural environment with remote teams
• Experience coding in higher-level languages (e.g., Python, PHP, C++, or Java)
• Experience learning software, frameworks and APIs
• Experience with operational validation methods and verification activities for the new product integration.
• Build strong cross functional relationships and have the ability to influence policies & procedures to improve the integration of hardware platforms into the data center

Key Projects/ Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Work on infrastructure level hardware development, spending time on understanding the overall architecture of the hardware and test plan creation, executions and planning.
• Testing with tools, FTE's will help them, Understand the results and interpret them.

Must-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Hardware Servers
• Test planning and execution
• Error Injection aspect of Hardware

Nice-to-have Skills

• Any advanced understanding with AI/ML
• Networking on data center environment
• In dept understanding of architecture from server system perspective

Years of Experience:

• 5 - 7 years of experience

Degrees/Certifications Required:

• Bachelor of Engineering.
